At Nefra by Kay, every piece is packed with care and inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered orders under any circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect size expectation, or personal preference.
We encourage you to review all product images, descriptions and details carefully before placing your order. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions before purchasing — we're happy to help.
Damaged Item — Replacement Only
If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement, subject to verification.
To raise a damage claim, you must:
- Record an unboxing video at the time of opening your package
- Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening and the damage upon opening
Claims raised after 24 hours or without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained, no exceptions.
