At Nefra by Kay, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India
- International shipping is not available at this time. Follow us for updates as we grow 🌸
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–4 business days of confirmed payment
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched

4. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping PAN India.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email
- You can use this to track your order directly on the courier partner's website
6. Packaging
All Nefra by Kay orders are carefully packed to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. We take pride in making the unboxing experience as special as the piece itself. 🌸
7. Delays & Disruptions
Nefra by Kay is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier partner delays
- Natural disasters or weather disruptions
- Public holidays or strikes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer
Please ensure your delivery address, pin code and contact number are accurate at the time of ordering. We are unable to reroute orders once dispatched.
8. Failed Delivery & RTO
- If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the courier will attempt redelivery
- If the package is returned to us (RTO), re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- Nefra by Kay is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
9. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will follow up with our courier partner on your behalf.
