2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed advance amount
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled


3. Handcrafted Nature of Products

Nefra by Kay sources its jewellery from trusted manufacturers and wholesalers. While we carefully curate and quality-check our collection, slight variations in colour or finish may exist between product images and the actual piece due to lighting, screen settings or manufacturing batches. These are not considered defects.


4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order and are indicative, not guaranteed
  • Nefra by Kay is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the courier partner


5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on damage claims and replacement eligibility.


6. Product Availability

All pieces are limited and exclusive. Listing a product on our platform does not guarantee availability. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative or full refund.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media — including product images, descriptions, brand name, logo and videos — is the exclusive property of Nefra by Kay. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use our content without prior written permission.


8. Customer Conduct

By engaging with us on any platform, you agree to communicate respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, fraudulent or acts in bad faith.
